PSG’s Achraf Hakim has posted on Instagram, to Tottenham defender Sergio Reguilon, who was attending the 007 ‘No Time to Die’ Premiere in London, that he has ‘more class than a school’.
Whilst it would have been a difficult weekend for Reguilon, after Spurs were out-classed in the North London derby, it does seem as though he is keeping it positive off-the-field of play.
The £25 million player (Standard) was at the James Bond Premiere, along with a number of his Tottenham teammates, including Harry Kane.
Reguilon was suited and booted like he is fit enough to play Bond himself, but at this moment in time, he, along with his teammates, are the Villans in the eyes of their supporters.
Come this Sunday, it will be a different set of Villans visiting the capital because Dean Smith’s side will lock horns with Nuno’s men in North London.
Aston Villa have won back-to-back Premier League matches, including their 1-0 at Manchester United last Saturday.
And whilst it’s rosy for the Midlands giants, so far, it’s a different story altogether for their weekend opponents.
After winning their opening three Premier League games on the bounce, and not conceding a single goal, it has started to go horribly wrong for Spurs.
Three defeats have since followed, all London derbies and in every single one of them, they have shipped three goals.
One thing is for sure, Tottenham’s backline, which has been conceding chances for fun of late, will be tested by this free-flowing, high-pressing, energetic and in-form Villa side.
