Yesterday saw Tottenham Hotspur linked with a move for Bayer Leverkusen attacker Hakan Calhanoglu.
German publication Bild reported yesterday that the Turkish midfielder is considering a move to Spurs, suggesting that the Bundesliga giants will demand 25 million euros (£21.4 million) for Spurs to get hold of him.

Now his agent has commented on the interest.
Bektas Demirtas has told the German publication Express that Spurs had been in contact regarding the availability of his client – stating:
“It is true that Tottenham have registered their interest with me.
“We will check.”

Tottenham appear to be in the market for another attacking midfielder or winger, especially with the deal for Marseille’s Georges-Kevin N’Koudou still being delayed.
Calhanoglu had a mixed season for the German side last term but has been linked with moves to the Premier League in the past.

Well known for being a something of a free-kick specialist, the Turkish international is still highly rated throughout Europe and seemingly Tottenham are one team to have taken a keen interest.
They are however not alone. The report from Express states that Atletico Madrid are also keen on his signature and could be a rival in the transfer market.
