Tottenham Hotspur beat Southampton 3-2 at White Hart Lane earlier today.
A late Gylfi Sigurdsson strike gave Tottenham all three points against Southampton on Sunday afternoon.
It was a huge and vital turnaround for Spurs, who found themselves 2-0 down to the Saints after just 28 minutes, after Jay Rodriguez and Adam Lallana had fired the visitors into a commanding lead.
But Tim Sherwood’s side played their way back into the match, and a brace from Christian Eriksen brought them level before Sigurdsson sent White Hart Lane (and Sherwood) into raptures.
The result means Spurs climb back up to fifth, while Southampton remain in ninth place.
