Swansea City midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson is set to be a transfer target for several clubs this summer, after his incredible campaign with the Welsh side.
The Icelandic international has been an assist machine in South Wales and Everton are the most strongly linked interested party.

The Mirror this week reported that the former Spurs player wants £120,000-a-week to join Everton and that figure may be a stumbling block.
It is also one his former club Tottenham Hotspur will not want to be seen in the public eye.

Spurs are facing a fight to keep their top talents at the club after an impressive campaign at White Hart Lane.
Kyle Walker, Danny Rose and Eric Dier are all said to be keen on an exit from Tottenham – with Dele Alli, Toby Alderweireld and Christian Eriksen also tentatively touted as transfer targets for other clubs recently.

The main issue surrounding the potential departure of these Tottenham stars is the wage issue. Daniel Levy has a strict wage structure in place at Tottenham, so the players in question earn nothing like the £120k a Spurs reject is apparently demanding and it is unlikely they ever will at Spurs.
Sigurdsson’s demands will not help Tottenham convince their star players that they should remain in North London earning 50 per cent what they might elsewhere. That could prove a damning argument as Spurs fight desperately to keep their impressive team together.
