The Tottenham Hotspur star is a reported transfer target for Real Madrid.

Spanish football expert Guillem Balague spoke to the Express about Tottenham ace Christian Eriksen’s future, and suggested that he is certain that Real Madrid want to bring the Dane to the Santiago Bernabeu this summer.
The 27-year-old joined Spurs in the summer of 2013 from Ajax for around £11.5 million, according to BBC Sport, and he has gone on to be nothing short of an outstanding success in north London, racking up 66 goals and 86 assists in 276 appearances in all competitions.
Eriksen has just one year remaining on his current contract with Tottenham, however, and he could very well be sold this summer.
According to a report from the Mirror, however, Spurs will not be bullied into selling the play-maker on the cheap, and will demand £130 million from Madrid this summer, despite the fact that they could lose him for free next year.
And Balague told the Express how he is certain that the Spanish giants would prefer to sign the Tottenham ace rather than Manchester United’s Paul Pogba this summer:

“I’m quite certain Florentino Perez and the club would like Eriksen instead (of Pogba). He would be cheaper and a more Real Madrid player. Modric I believe they want to sell because they need to raise money, so you don’t have Modric but you have Eriksen, that’s sorted out.”
Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino will surely be desperate to keep hold of Eriksen, but that decision might be taken out of his hands, if Madrid do in fact come in with a crazy offer for his services this summer.
