Could Tottenham Hotspur lose Mauricio Pochettino to Real Madrid?

Pochettino is one of the best football managers in the world and has taken Tottenham to a whole new level.
Spurs are not only competing for the Premier League title this season, but the North London also defeated Real Madrid in the Champions League this week to underline their European credentials.

Zinedine Zidane is in charge of Madrid at the moment, and although the Frenchman has guided Los Blancos to the Champions League title for the past two seasons and La Liga in 2016-17, his team are struggling at the moment.
Well-known Spanish football journalist Balague, who works for Sky Sports, has revealed that Madrid are following Pochettino.
Balague, though, has stated that the Spanish and European giants do not have any plan of approaching the former Espanyol and Southampton manager – which is surely going to please the Spurs fans.

“Real Madrid are following Pochettino with a lot of interest, but they have no intention of approaching him as they want to see how Zinedine Zidane reacts in the current difficult situation,” Balague told Sky Sports.
“At Real Madrid the manager needs to give players priority and look after them – but they also need something else. I feel they are doing something special at Spurs, and Pochettino feels part of it.
“In terms of any potential deal, timing will be important – at the moment the timing is wrong. Who knows how winning a trophy with Spurs will affect the situation.”
