Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing the Real Madrid ace.

Sky Sports pundit Guillem Balague raved about the quality of Liverpool-linked Real Madrid ace Marco Asensio, when writing his regular column for Sky Sports, suggesting that the 22-year-old has the ability to become one of the best three players in the world.
The Spain international burst onto the scene at the Santiago Bernabeu last season, and he has continued his impressive form whenever he has been called upon this term – so much so that he is ahead of Isco in the pecking order.
According to Spanish publication Don Balon, the Reds tabled a £131 million offer for Asensio in January – a bid that was subsequently rejected by Los Blancos.

Liverpool are heavily armed with cash after selling Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona in January, and it would be no surprise to see them go back in for the Real Madrid forward in the summer.
Balague offered high words of praise for Asensio, when writing his regular column for Sky Sports, suggesting that he could very well become one of the best three players in the world:

“Marco Asensio’s ability to create something from nothing has become very important for Zidane. Asensio is seen as a potential top three player in the world but even he has admitted that the expectations on him this season have made him try too hard at times.”
This summer will surely be an exciting one for Liverpool fans, as Jürgen Klopp looks to add to what is already an impressive group of players, and if he manages to bring Asensio to Anfield, it could signal the start of a new are of success for the Merseyside giants.
