Tottenham Hotspur enjoyed another incredible night against Real Madrid this evening, this time beating them 3-1 at Wembley Stadium.
Two weeks ago, Spurs claimed a 1-1 draw at the Bernabeu, earning huge praise for such a strong performance against the reigning Champions League champions.
Tonight, Zinedine Zidane’s men travelled to Wembley Stadium for the reverse fixture, and came unstuck against a sensational Tottenham side.

Dele Alli opened the scoring from close range to give Spurs a first-half lead, before his deflected strike after the break made it 2-0 for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
Christian Eriksen then made it 3-0 with a calm finish when played through on goal, before Cristiano Ronaldo pulled back a consolation for the Spanish giants.
Tottenham have now booked their place in the knockout stages of the Champions League with two games to spare, having already picked up 10 points from just four games.

Manager Pochettino and his players will receive incredible plaudits once again after tonight’s result, and Sky Sports’ La Liga expert Guillem Balague has taken to Twitter to hail Tottenham’s display.
Balague suggested that, whilst many may point to Madrid being poor, teams have to defend and attack well, take their chances and kill off games when they have the chance – and he claims that a brilliant Spurs side did just that.
