Spanish pundit says no talks planned between Liverpool and Barcelona.
Guillem Balague is insisting Liverpool are not in talks to sell Coutinho to Barcelona.
The Mail had reported how general manager Pep Segura last night insisted both deals to sign Coutinho and Dortmund’s Ousmane Dembele were ‘close‘, and they hoped to soon see both players wearing the Barcelona shirt.

He told Spanish television station TV3: “Coutinho and Dembele are both close. We are hopeful that they will end up wearing the Barca shirt.”
Balague has dismissed the comments, believing Liverpool will likely stick to their stance Coutinho is not for sale.
Having been clearly told by Southampton and Red Bull Leipzig that their top targets Virgil van Dijk and Naby Keita are not for sale, it will be a terrible look for Liverpool to cave in and sell their own star player.
Coutinho has kept quiet on the speculation although is out of action with injury at present.
The Brazilian signed a new contract at Liverpool earlier this year, which crucially has no release clause.
The Reds would find it particularly tough at this late stage of the transfer window to find a replacement for the 25-year-old.
