Barcelona are linked with a move for Liverpoo’s Coutinho.
Spanish football expert Guillem Balague says reports suggesting Coutinho is nearing a move to Barcelona are wide of the mark.
Balague though says this is simply an over optimistic and biased view, rather than a factual report.
He claims Liverpool are insistent they do not intend to sell the Brazilian.
Whether Coutinho wants the move to Barcelona or not, he has not gone to the extra step of submitting a transfer request.
Barcelona have money to spend after selling Neymar to Paris Saint-Germain, and they are working on a deal to sign Ousmane Dembele from Borussia Dortmund.
