Pundit comments on prospects of Leicester City ace.
Well-known Spanish football journalist Guillem Balague has claimed on social networking site Twitter that Leonardo Ulloa wants to leave Leicester City in the January transfer window.
Balague has also claimed that the 30-year-old striker has an offer from a Spanish club.
Ulloa has been on the books of Leicester since the summer of 2014 and has a contract with the defending Premier League champions until June 2018, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk.
The former Brighton & Hove Albion striker is struggling for playing time at the Foxes at the moment.
The Argentine has been able to feature in only 12 Premier League matches for Leicester so far this season, scoring one goal and creating two chances in the process.
Leeds United, West Bromwich Albion and Hull City have been linked with Ulloa in the January transfer window.
A report in The Sun earlier this month credited Premier League duo West Brom and Hull with interest in the Leicester striker, while last month The Yorkshire Post reported of Championship club Leeds’s interest in the 30-year-old (click here to read more).
Signing Ulloa would not be a bad move for promotion-chasing Leeds, but the problem is that they could face competition from West Brom and Hull. Would the 2015-16 Premier League champion be willing to drop down to the Championship?
