Nuno has performed a highly impressive job at Wolves since taking charge at the start of the season.
The Portuguese boss has knitted together a cosmopolitan squad at Molineux, and guided Wolves to the top of the Championship.
Wolves now appear to have a great chance of being promoted, and Everton have been impressed by the 43-year-old boss.

The Toffees are now considering putting Nuno in charge, as they attempt to find a replacement for Ronald Koeman.
Koeman was dismissed last week, after what has been a disastrous opening to the campaign for the Merseyside club.
Nuno’s agent, Jorge Mendes, is now said to be seriously considering Everton’s offer – as the Wolves boss weighs up his options.
At the moment the bookies’ consider Sean Dyche and Sam Allardyce as the favourites to land the Everton job.
