Scottish Premiership giants Celtic were interested in Stoke City forward Bojan Krkic, according Guillem Balague.

Well-known Spanish football journalist Guillem Balague has claimed on social networking site Twitter that Celtic wanted to sign Bojan Krkic from Stoke City in the summer transfer window.
Balague has stated on Twitter that Scottish Premiership giants Celtic were among a number of clubs who had interest in the 26-year-old.
The Sky Sports journalist, though, has stated that Spanish attacker, who can play as a forward or as a winger, is not going to leave Stoke on transfer deadline day.

Bojan joined Stoke from Spanish giants Barcelona in the summer of 2014.
The Spanish striker has proved to be a success in the Premier League and is one of the best players at the Potters.
The 26-year-old former AS Roma man scored four goals and created 26 chances in 16 Premier League appearances for Stoke during the 2014-15 campaign.
Bojan scored seven goals and created 26 chances in 27 league matches for the Potters last season.
So far this season, the former Barcelona attacker has scored one goal in three Premier League matches for Stoke.
