Former Cardiff City ace Greg Halford believes Leeds United will be ‘tough to beat’ after they signed winger Izzy Brown.
Leeds have signed Brown on a season long loan deal from Chelsea.
The attacking midfielder has been signed as cover for Leeds’ star player Samu Saiz and gives Leeds serious strength in depth.
Halford played alongside Brown during the teenager’s previous spell with Rotherham United.
He wished Leeds’ new signing well and believes the signing will pay off.
Halford himself is currently a free agent after his contract at Cardiff expired in July.
Leeds have enjoyed an excellent start to the season under new manager Marcelo Bielsa as they bid to win promotion to the Premier League.
