Graeme Murty’s Glasgow Rangers reportedly want Greg Docherty at Ibrox, and so do Cardiff City.

Rangers have been linked with a move for Greg Docherty of Hamilton Academical and reportedly want him at Ibrox.
According to The Scottish Sun, the Gers are interested in signing the 21-year-old midfielder in the January transfer window.
Graeme Murty’s Rangers are not the only club who are reported to be interested in Docherty this month.
According to STV, Cardiff City in the Championship in England are also looking to secure the services of the Scotland Under-21 international.

Docherty is one of the best young players in Scotland and is playing well for Hamilton in the Scottish Premiership at the moment.
Given that the Scotsman is only 21 years of age and has a lot of potential, it does not come as a surprise that Rangers and Cardiff are (reportedly) interested in him.
The Scotland Under-21 international is still developing and learning, but there is no doubt that he would be a a very good long-term signing for Rangers or Cardiff.

Docherty has spoken about speculation linking him with moves away from Hamilton and has been quoted as saying by The Daily Record: “There’s been absolutely nothing, it’s all speculation.
“My friends keep me up to date with the stories but there has been nothing at all so far. If they’re talking about it in a positive manner then that’s good, that’s what you want.
“But there has been nothing from Hamilton and, until that day comes, I’m happy to do my job here. My mind is only on our next game which is against Motherwell.”
