Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Hugo Lloris has praised West Ham United striker Michail Antonio after he proved the difference between the two sides yesterday, as per his comments to Sky Sports.
Antonio scores again
Antonio flicked home an Aaron Cresswell corner to give West Ham a 1-0 win over Tottenham.
Harry Kane switched off inside his own six yard box, which gave Antonio room to get a shot off.
But Lloris was still impressed with the way that the £7 million West Ham forward (Sky Sports) was able to hit the target.
He said: “We knew it was an aspect of the game that would change the game.
“They are very strong from corners and free kicks. We know the target, on the near post and then Antonio was there at the right place and the right moment, and it was a great finish.
“It was more the way that we conceded the corner that we need to think about.”

All quiet from Antonio
Antonio actually had one of his quieter games for West Ham yesterday, despite scoring the winner.
But that is now four games in a row in which he has scored against Tottenham.
Antonio continues to impress this season and sits right up amongst the Premier League’s top scorers.
West Ham’s win over Tottenham means that they have now moved ahead of their London rivals and into fourth spot.
Spurs, meanwhile, have now lost four London derbies already this term, with Nuno coming under increasing pressure.
