Ofir Marciano will know exactly what to suspect if he swaps Easter Road for Parkhead this summer.
Edinburgh Live reports that Celtic are weighing up a bargain swoop for the 31-year-old goalkeeper when his Hibernian contract expires in July.
If all goes well, Marciano could be making his debut in front of a baying Parkhead crowd next season when fans flood back to the terraces at long last.
Although, should the Israel international make the short trip from Edinburgh to Glasgow, he will be under substantial pressure to adapt immediately to one of the most high-pressure roles in British football – Celtic’s number one.
Fortunately, Marciano is fully aware of the intense pressure that comes with playing in front of one of the most expectant fanbases around.
Nir Bitton, his fellow Israel international and former MS Ashdod teammate, will have told him all about that particular challenge.

“(Nir and I) are good friends, we see a lot of each other, and our wives are good friends, too. So it is nice he is here,” Marciano told the Scottish Sun when joining Hibs back in 2016.
“I was at Celtic Park and the atmosphere was great. It inspires you when you see a friend playing at that level with so many fans at such a big game.”
After the season from hell, Bitton and co may be secretly pleased to have avoided the wrath of a disillusioned Celtic fanbase on a weekly basis.
But, as Marciano may discover, there will be no place to hide when the green and white army return to their rightful home.
