Queen’s Park Rangers welcome Stoke City to Loftus Road on Saturday.

Queens Park Rangers entertain Stoke City this weekend, with Steve McClaren desperate for the three points to halt the Rs’ slide down the table.
The QPR manager has endured a disastrous 2019 so far, picking up just the solitary win against Leeds United last month.
Last weekend’s 3-0 Derby defeat to Brentford demonstrated just how troubled the west Londoners are currently, and it appears McClaren will opt for the same starting XI.
That means another start for centre-back Grant Hall, who is enjoying a decent run in the first-team after two years of injury trouble. The fans’ favourite has looked okay in recent weeks and he’ll need to put in a solid display to keep the Potters at bay.

Hall will be partnered by captain Toni Leistner in the heart of the defence, with Jake Bidwell occupying left-back and Darnell Furlong on the other side.
Jordan Cousins is likely to play alongside Massimo Luongo in their normal defensive midfield roles, with the attacking trio of Luke Freeman, Eberechi Eze and Pawel Wzsolek playing just behind the lone striker.

That man is expected to be Nahki Wells, who will be absolutely vital to Rangers’ chances of crafting out the win they so badly crave. The on-loan Burnley striker is due a goal and there’ll be no better time to rediscover his scoring touch.
