The midfielder has made a strong start to life with Arsenal since joining in the summer.
Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka has spoken of his pride at playing for the Gunners as they are a class club, speaking via the club’s official YouTube channel.
The Switzerland international joined the Gunners in the summer transfer window as he made a big money move from Borussia Monchengladbach.
He has proved to be an instant hit at the club, impressing fans and pundits alike with his performances so far.
Indeed, there has been some frustration that he has not started in more than thee of Arsenal’s Premier League games so far.

It is likely Xhaka is frustrated too, but he insists that he is nothing but proud of playing for Arsene Wenger’s team.
“I’m really enjoying it here. You can see it’s a club with a lot of class and that shows with everything,” he told Arsenal’s YouTube channel.
“I’m very proud to play for such a club, to be a Gunner. That makes me doubly proud to have joined this team. It’s the perfect path.”

Xhaka will now be hoping to help Arsenal enjoy a strong season in his first year at the club.
They have enjoyed a decent start to the campaign, currently sitting third in the table, just two points behind league leaders Manchester City.
They have been in impressive form in recent weeks and will be keen to continue that now the international break is out of the way.
They return to action on Saturday afternoon when they take on Swansea City at the Emirates Stadium.
