The Arsenal midfielder has been impressed by the German since arriving in London.
Speaking to Sport.de, Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka has hailed teammate Mesut Ozil as one of the best in the world.
Ozil arrived in England in 2013 when the Gunners secured him in a big-money move from Real Madrid.
He has since established himself as one of the best players in Europe in that time and was just one assist short of equalling Thierry Henry’s record for a campaign last season.

This season he has been in fine form, playing a key role as the Gunners have started strongly.
Xhaka, who arrived at the Emirates from Borussia Monchengladbach in the summer, has certainly been impressed by his teammate.
“Mesut has a quality that I personally have never experienced before,” he told sport.de.
“He has an absolute magic left foot, is fast – even if it does not look like that sometimes and he is one of the best in the world.”

There is no denying that Ozil has been in fine form for the Gunners so far this season.
He currently has seven goals and three assists to his name in all competitions and has helped Arsenal to fourth in the table, just three points behind leaders Chelsea.
With a title challenge the aim for Arsene Wenger and his men they will need him to keep up that form for as long as possible.
