Tottenham will be keen to lay down a marker at home to Liverpool at the weekend.

Graham Roberts is confident that Tottenham duo Harry Kane and Christian Eriksen will both respond to below par starts to the new season.
Centre-forward Kane has netted two goals in his opening four matches for Spurs, but looked nowhere near his usual standard before the international break.
Attacking midfielder Eriksen is another player that has started the campaign slowly by contributing just one assist, while teammate Lucas Moura has been the shining light in Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
But Spurs legend Roberts believes that key men Kane and Eriksen will be on top form during games in the next three months, claiming historically they both find good form around this time.
Kane scored 16 goals in all competitions between September-November last season, while Eriksen was netted four goals during the same period.
“Every year I hear Harry Kane is tired and then he goes and bangs more goals in than ever in September, October, November!” Roberts wrote on his personal Twitter account.
“Happy to leave it to the manager and watch Harry shoot another 40-plus goals this season, already up on last season’s goals by now! Good luck this weekend Harry!
He added: “Also this is around the time Christian Eriksen has his best period September, October, November every season, I know he will do the business this season again.”

There has been a lot of speculation regarding Kane’s fitness and whether the striker has too big a workload, but all that will be pushed to one side if he scores regularly.
The 25-year-old has proven himself to be one of the outstanding attackers in Europe during recent years and a purple patch of form could be just around the corner.
Eriksen can certainly impact games more for Spurs and he returns to his club on the back of two goals for Denmark to help lift his confidence.
