Serge Aurier starred for Tottenham Hotspur in their Champions League game against Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday.
Graham Roberts has taken to social networking site Twitter to send a message to Tottenham Hotspur defender Serge Aurier.
The former Tottenham defender was impressed with the performance of Aurier against Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League on Tuesday evening.
The 24-year-old right-back started the match in Germany and played for the entire 90 minutes, as Spurs won 2-1.
The Ivory Coast international played well, was effective going forward and showed athleticism during the match against Dortmund.
Roberts was following the match, and he has claimed on Twitter that it was Aurier’s best all-around performance.
Aurier joined Tottenham from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer transfer window and has already been a success at the North London club.
There is still more to come from the Ivory Coast international, who is only 24 years of age and will improve in the coming years.
The win against Dortmund means that Tottenham have progressed to the last-16 stage of the Champions League as group winners.
