The Englishman featured in Tottenham’s Champions League game against AS Monaco at the Wembley Stadium in London on Wednesday evening.
Kane started the Group E match and played for 90 minutes, as Spurs went down 2-1. The striker took four shots and created one chance against Ligue 1 outfit Monaco.

The Tottenham star’s performances this season have not been good, and some pundits have been critical.
Former Tottenham defender Roberts has taken to Twitter to defend Kane.

Kane started the 2015-16 campaign slowly as well, but he ended up with 25 goals in 38 Premier League matches.
