Tottenham Hotspur have been busy signing players this summer, and there could still be one more deal to be done.
Joe Hart, Matt Doherty, Sergio Reguilon, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Gareth Bale and Carlos Vinicius have all come in, bolstering Jose Mourinho’s squad.
The only player Spurs still need is a centre back, and efforts to sign Milan Skriniar and Antonio Rudiger appear to have failed.
Now though, Sky Sports report that Tottenham are in talks to sign Swansea City defender Joe Rodon in the final stages of the window.
The 22-year-old doesn’t have to be signed today because he is at an EFL club, but a deal needs to go through soon if he’s to be added to Spurs’ Europa League squad.
Rodon will allegedly cost somewhere between £7million and £18million, with Spurs now pushing to complete a move.

Rodon impressed under Steve Cooper last season, and has an impressive blend of ball-playing ability and physical prowess at 6ft 4in tall.
Now, Spurs legend Graham Roberts has taken to Twitter to suggest that Rodon has ‘huge potential’, and believes that Welsh international teammate Gareth Bale is a ‘big reason’ for his possible move.
