Tottenham Hotspur have had a terrible week at the worst possible time.

Spurs have suffered two consecutive losses ahead of the North London derby, with Arsenal closing the gap on them to just four points.

Former Tottenham captain Graham Roberts has reacted to Tottenham’s latest disappointing result, a 2-0 defeat to Chelsea.

He is urging the club’s key players not to dwell on the loss, but look forward to the derby.

Tottenham are still in third place in the Premier League but now look out of the title race.

Manchester City and Liverpool both won their games to pull ahead of Spurs.

Meanwhile the chasing pack are closing in.

Arsenal and Manchester United won their games along with Chelsea gaining points, and Tottenham’s top four finish is no longer assured.
