Graham Roberts has praised Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Moussa Sissoko on Twitter for his performance against Chelsea at the weekend.

The former Tottenham defender believes that Sissoko was “totally brilliant” for Spurs in their 3-1 win against Chelsea in the London derby this past Saturday evening.

The former Newcastle United midfielder started the Premier League match at the Wembley Stadium in London and played for the entire 90 minutes.

According to WhoScored, against Chelsea, the France international had a pass accuracy of 82.4%, won two headers, made four tackles and one interceptions, and played one key pass.

The former Toulouse star worked hard in midfield, won the ball back on numerous occasions, and created a brilliant chance for England international striker Harry Kane.

Roberts was impressed with the performance of Sissoko, who is rejuvenated figure now and is playing regularly for Spurs at the moment, and the former Tottenham defender has also hailed Christian Eriksen.

The Denmark international attacking midfielder was superb from a creative point of view against Chelsea, and showed why he is one of the best players in Europe.

According to WhoScored, the former Ajax star provided two assists, had a pass accuracy of 87.2%, and played seven key passes.
