Would Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane be able to turn down Real Madrid or Barcelona if they came calling?

Graham Roberts has suggested on social networking site Twitter that Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane would snub moves to Real Madrid or Barcelona to remain at the North London club.
Kane is one of the best strikers in the world and has been in stunning form for Tottenham for the past three seasons.
The England international striker, who has been on the books of Spurs his entire professional club football career so far, is a proven goalscorer in the Premier League.

Madrid and Barcelona are two of the biggest clubs in the world, and are the dreams of many footballers all around the world.
The Spanish giants do tend to get the players that they want, and they could come for Kane in the coming years.
Would the 24-year-old forward be able to resist the temptation of joining Madrid or Barcelona and remain at Tottenham if the European giants came calling?
Former Tottenham defender Roberts believes that Kane would remain at Spurs even if Madrid or Barcelona came for him.
