Graham Roberts wants Ben Davies to keep his place in Tottenham Hotspur’s side.

Graham Roberts has said on Twitter that he wants Ben Davies to retain his place in Tottenham Hotspur’s best XI in spite of Danny Rose’s return to the fold.
The Tottenham left-back has been missing with a knee injury since January but returned to full training this week.
It seems like the England international is closing in on a return to action but he has a job on his hands to displace his Welsh counterpart.

Davies initially struggled to fill the void left by Rose but the Spurs defender has been in top form this season and the former Leeds youngster could have a hard time shifting him out of the first XI.
Tottenham legend Roberts is a big fan of the former Swansea City left-back and would like to see Davies keep his place, suggesting Mauricio Pochettino should use Rose in the lesser games.

It seems unlikely that Rose will be available for Bournemouth but the Lilywhites have a huge month ahead of them.
Pochettino’s side face Liverpool and Manchester United in the Premier League, West Ham United in the Carabao Cup and Real Madrid twice in the Champions League.
And it remains to be seen whether Davies can keep Rose at bay ahead of such a tough run of games.
