Mauricio Pochettino’s Tottenham Hotspur have won against Newcastle United.
Graham Roberts has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to Tottenham Hotspur’s win against Newcastle United this afternoon.
Tottenham have maintained their challenge for the Premier League title this season with a narrow 1-0 victory over Newcastle United at Wembley Stadium in London.
Son Heung-min scored the only goal of the match on 83 minutes, with Martin Dubravka making a major error in the Newcastle goal.
Former Tottenham defender Roberts was following the match, and he has revelled in the win for manager Mauricio Pochettino’s side’s win.
Graham has praised Son, Jan Vertonghen and Davinson Sanchez, and he has also said that Harry Winks was sensational.
The 23-year-old started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, and according to WhoScored, the England international midfielder had a pass accuracy of 89.2%, and made one tackle, according to WhoScored.
Tottenham legend Gary Lineker has also taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the win for the North London outfit, pointing out that Pochettino’s side are now second in the Premier League table – above Manchester City.
