Leeds United reportedly want to sign Daniel James of Swansea City.

Potter has also suggested that he has no plan to part company with the 21-year-old, who can operate as a winger or as an attacking midfielder.
According to The Sun on Sunday (print edition, page 59, January 13, 2019), Leeds are interested in signing James in the January transfer window and are planning to make a £2.5 million for the youngster (click here to read more).
TEAMtalk has claimed that Swansea, who got relegated from the Premier League at the end of last season, value the Wales international at £5m.
Potter told WalesOnline regarding any offers for James: “No is the short answer. I’ve not heard anything so nothing to report.”
“Dan has played centrally for us and I think he could end up there,” added Potter. “I’m really happy for him because like Matt Grimes, Joe Rodon and Jay Fulton, they’ve all come back (from difficult loan spells) and we’ve tried to get them up to Championship consistency. It takes time, but it’s a process you have to go through.”

Good signing for Leeds United
James is a very young and promising young attacker, and the Wales international will be a good signing for Leeds in the January transfer window.
Marcelo Bielsa’s side could do with an attack-minded player following the departure of Samuel Saiz on a loan deal to Getafe in the January transfer window.
According to WhoScored, James has made 12 starts and four substitute appearances in the Championship for Swansea so far this season, scoring one goal and providing three assists in the process.
