Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing Eric Bailly from Villarreal in the summer transfer window.

Well-known Spanish football expert Graham Hunter has suggested on social networking site Twitter that Villarreal defender Eric Bailly would be a good signing for Manchester United in the summer transfer window.
According to Spanish publication AS, Premier League giants United are on the verge of signing Bailly from La Liga outfit Villarreal.

It has been reported that deal will be completed tonight, with the Red Devils having to pay the Yellow Submarine a transfer fee of £31.3 million (€40m).
Hunter, who is a well-known Spanish football expert and works for Sky Sports among others, has given his take on what Bailly can offer to Jose Mourinho’s side.

During the 2015-16 season, Bailly created two chances in 25 La Liga appearances for Villarreal.
The 22-year-old central defender had a pass accuracy of 77% and a shot accuracy of 25%, and won 36 headers, 15 dribbles and 32 tackles.
In seven Europa League matches for Villarreal this past season, the Ivory Coast international scored one goal, had a pass accuracy of 84%, and won 16 headers and eight tackles.
