Celtic’s Tom Rogic won’t be travelling to Turkey for a training camp with Australia next month.

Australia manager Graham Arnold has told Fox Sports that it would’ve been a ‘waste of time’ to include Celtic star Tom Rogic in his latest squad.
Arnold, who took over from Bert van Marwijk as Socceroos boss after their World Cup campaign in Russia, named a 31-man squad for a training camp in Turkey next month.
It gives the 55-year-old a chance to examine his players ahead of international fixtures in October and November.
But Celtic midfielder Rogic was an interesting omission from Arnold’s panel.
And the coach reveals that he excluded the Hoops star on the basis that he would require a knee injection directly after Sunday’s clash with Rangers, making him unavailable for up to a week afterwards.
It’s a little disconcerting that the 25-year-old midfielder needs a knee injection after the Rangers game.
Given his injury problems in the past, it’s slightly worrying that Rogic is at the stage where he needs such treatment, but if it helps him stay fit for club and country then there is no reason for concern.
