Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers have been looking for a new manager since Mark Warburton’s departure.
Glasgow Rangers caretaker boss Graeme Murty has revealed at his press conference today that he is not particularly in the loop with how far along the Ibrox side’s search for a new manager is.
Rangers parted company with Mark Warburton over two weeks ago, but they have not found a replacement for him.
As a result, Murty has now been in charge of Rangers’ first-team for three matches and he has faced criticism.
Murty won his first match at the helm, but Rangers have now lost their last two league matches.
The Glasgow outfit first were beaten by Dundee and then by Inverness, in their most recent outing.
Rangers are now nine points behind behind second placed Aberdeen, and calls for them to appoint a permanent boss are increasing.
However, Murty has suggested that he is not sure how close Rangers are to appointing Warburton’s successor.
Rangers’ next match comes against St. Johnstone on Wednesday evening, when they will be determined to get back to winning ways.
