Glasgow Rangers winger Glenn Middleton is making good progress.

Murty signed Middleton for Rangers in January when he was manager, raiding former club Norwich.
Steven Gerrard has since taken over as first team manager with Murty reverting to previous role as under-20s boss.
Middleton has stepped up to the Rangers first team, impressing in Europa League qualifying.
Last night he was back with the under-20s, featuring in a 2-1 loss to Falkirk.

Murty was impressed with Middleton, and believes he is a strong influence on the rest of the Rangers youngsters.
He told the Rangers’ website: “I’ve known Glenn for many, many years so I’m not really surprised at what he brings to the game.
“What his arrival at the club and ascension to the first team has done has lit a touch paper under the rest of the guys. They can see him travelling to away games in Europe and now they want bit of it.
“They’re desperate to get alongside him in the changing room.”
Rangers sold Josh Windass earlier this month, which helps clear the path for more first team chances for Middleton.
The club are not rushing the 18-year-old, as his presence in the under-20s last night showed, and patience will be key.
