Glasgow Rangers manager Graeme Murty says that Ibrox midfielder Jordan Rossiter is back in training with the Gers.

Murty has revealed that Rossiter returned to full training with Rangers on Monday morning.
The 20-year-old has not featured for the Gers since August and was able to make only six appearances last season due to injuries.
The youngster has been on the books of Rangers since the summer of 2016 when he joined the Ibrox club after leaving Liverpool at the end of the 2015-16 season.
Mark Warburton was the manager of Rangers when Rossiter signed for the Gers, and the former Nottingham Forest boss described the former England Under-19 international as “outstanding”, as quoted on the Gers’ official website.

Murty told Rangers’ official website: “We have Jordan Rossiter joining in training today which is good, not just for us but also for Jordan.
“Being injured and being out for a long time can be sapping mentally, it can be very draining but hopefully now there is a little bit of light at the end of the tunnel for him and we can get him involved on a regular basis and actually progress him forward.
“I would hope to see him this season, it is just making sure that when we actually get him in we build up his load and his level gradually and we don’t expect too much too soon.”

Rossiter is a hugely talented midfielder, and Rangers should be uplifted by Murty’s comments about his fitness.
The Gers seem to be doing well without the former Liverpool youngster, who is only going to make Rangers a better team once he is back to full fitness.
