Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers signed Alfredo Morelos in the summer transfer window. The striker is not playing well for the Gers at the moment.

Rangers caretaker-manager Graeme Murty has spoken highly of striker Alfredo Morelos to The Sun.
Morelos has failed to score since September and is struggling for form at the moment.
The 21-year-old Colombian joined Rangers from HJK in the summer transfer window for a fee reported by The Scottish Sun to be worth £1 million.
Much was expected of the former Colombia Under-20 international when he arrived at Ibrox, but the youngster – signed by then manager Pedro Caixinha who is no longer at the club – has failed to make a massive impact at the Gers so far.

Although the youngster scored eight goals in his first nine matches for Rangers, the striker has not found the net in his last eight games.
Rangers caretaker-manager Murty, though, has defended Morelos and has spoken highly of the young striker.

“He’s not lacking any support from myself or the squad,” Murty told The Scottish Sun about Morelos. “He’s working hard, he’s holding the ball up really well and we possibly need to be better at feeding the ball where he wants it.
“I’m relaxed about it. You see the work he does in training, you see him finishing in training. We just need to get him in that position to score more often.
“He’s a lad that just wants to score goals. He wants to play and score. He’s still a young guy. But he gets his joy from playing and from scoring.”
Rangers will return to action in a few hours’ time when they take on Hamilton Academical at Ibrox in the Scottish Premiership.
