Ibrox outfit Glasgow Rangers are struggling to keep up with Old Firm rivals Celtic in the Scottish Premiership this season.

Celtic have the strongest squad in Scotland and are running away with the Scottish Premiership title this season.
The Bhoys are at the top of the league table at the moment with 76 points from 26 matches.
Brendan Rodgers’s side are 24 points clear of second-placed Aberdeen, and are as many as 33 points ahead of third-placed and Old Firm rivals Rangers.
Celtic have won the league title for the past five seasons, and they are on course to make it six in a row.
Given the strength of the Celtic squad and their financial superiority to the rest of the teams in Scotland, it is highly unlikely that they will fail to clinch the Scottish Premiership title next season.
Rangers caretaker-manager Graeme Murty has addressed the concern of many of the Ibrox faithful that the Hoops could make it 10 league triumphs in a row.
“What we’re looking at here now is processes being put in place to ensure success,” Murty told The Daily Record. “But it will take time. We have to make sure we accelerate things forward.
“If the gap is big at the moment, we have to make sure it gets noticeably smaller and smaller until the time comes when there isn’t a gap and we’re first again.
“I understand the passion among supporters to stop Celtic winning 10-in-a-row. But it’s not something we can control.”
Celtic will return to action on Wednesday evening when they take on Inverness Caledonian Thistle away from home in the Scottish Premiership, while Rangers will face St Johnstone at Ibrox.
