Barry Douglas joined Leeds United from Wolverhampton Wanderers in the summer transfer window.

Championship club Leeds have signed Douglas from Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers in the summer transfer window.
According to Sky Sports, the Whites will have to pay Wolves a total of £3 million in transfer fees including potential add-ons for the 28-year-old left-back.
Former Leeds midfielder and Scotland national football team manager Strachan has praised the signing of Douglas, who can also operate as a left wing-back.
Strachan told The Yorkshire Evening Post: “Barry Douglas is the only one they’ve bought who’s started, really, which is a great signing.
“He was a bit unfortunate, when he was in Poland, and I was in Scotland manager, because I had four or five great left-backs at the time.
“I could’ve made a team out of left backs. He was fantastic at Wolves and he’ll be great at Leeds. He’s a smart signing.”

Good signing for Leeds United
Douglas was one of the best players for Wolves last season, and his performances at left-back was important in the Wanderers clinching automatic promotion to the Premier League.
The 28-year-old Scotland international knows the Championship inside out and is one of the best left-backs in the division.
The former Dundee United man could prove to be a bargain signing signing for Leeds this season.
Leeds are aiming to finish in the top six of the Championship this season.
