The Gor Mahia boss, Dylan Kerr, says his players can market themselves when Leeds United and Birmingham City scouts watch them at Everton.

Scouts from Leeds United and Birmingham City will watch Everton’s upcoming friendly with Gor Mahia, the Kenyan side’s manager has said.
Everton are due to host Gor Mahia on Tuesday, three days after their Premier League visit of Brighton.
And with Chelsea to follow a week on Sunday, it remains to be seen how many of the Toffees’ senior players will be on show.
As far as the Gor Mahia boss – and former Leeds player – Dylan Kerr is concerned, though, the game is about his players putting themselves in the shop window.
“Birmingham and Leeds have confirmed that they will attend our match against Everton and this is a great chance for my players to market themselves,” Kerr told Goal.com.
“A chance for them to change their lives for good if they shine. You never get such opportunities because they are very rare and my boys are aware of the same.
“They must play to impress and they must also show that they are the Kenyan champions. It will be a good chance for them to shine away from home.”

Everton boast one of the country’s top academies, as Leeds and Birmingham will know having each borrowed players (Matthew Pennington and Liam Walsh, respectively) from Goodison Park in recent campaigns.
Kieran Dowell, Mason Holgate and Ademola Lookman are among those who have featured less often than they would have liked this season, and could be eyeing moves in the coming transfer window.
