Some Tottenham fans on social media have been reacting after it was reported that Wolves are looking at Goncalo Guedes as a replacement for Adama Traore.
Spurs have been strongly linked with a move for Traore in recent weeks, and if Guedes is coming to Molineux as the Spaniard’s replacement, it would seemingly indicate that Traore is on his way out.
As you can imagine, Tottenham fans are excited by this rumour, and it doesn’t take a genius to figure out why.
Guedes joining Wolves opens the door for Traore to join the north London club, and that’s a signing the fanbase are keen to get over the line.
The Spaniard has already proven that he’s a great fit for Nuno Espirito Santo’s system during the pair’s time together at Wolves, and there’s reason to believe he’d be a fantastic addition to the Spurs squad.
Of course, it remains to be seen whether or not Wolves can get Guedes, but the fact they’re already looking for a replacement for Traore indicates he could be on his way out, and if reports are to be believed, north London could be his destination.
The Spurs fanbase are certainly convinced the winger will be coming to their club after seeing this rumour.
