Tottenham fans have taken to Twitter to react after Football London revealed that one of the club’s directors has now left.
Presumably, Tottenham fans will be upset to learn that it is neither Daniel Levy nor Joe Lewis who have departed the club.
It is Ron Robson who has left his role as a director at Tottenham.
The 58-year-old was appointed as a non-executive director back in 2014.
Robson landed the job having worked as Managing Director in the Tavistock Group, the company owned by Lewis, for 12 years.
Football London state that his exit has nothing to do with the ongoing protests about the board’s leadership of Tottenham.
Robson has left Spurs because a number of other commitments are taking up too much of his time.

In the wake of the Super League debacle – which Spurs still haven’t apologised for – there is uproar among Tottenham fans.
The Tottenham Hotspur Supporters’ Trust has called for every member of the club’s executive board to resign.
Interestingly, the THST want to create a new board, including independent directors who put the club’s best interests ahead of any personal gain.
Fans were left even more infuriated after the club announced ticketing prices for the game against Aston Villa on May 19th.

Some supporters are allowed to attend this clash. However, Spurs are charging a £60 flat fee for any ticket, regardless of its location in the ground.
After many have lost their jobs during the pandemic, that is disgraceful.
Let’s see how the Tottenham fans on Twitter reacted after hearing about Robson’s exit…
