Kevin Hatchard has approved Liverpool’s rumoured incoming transfer of Bayern Munich star, Ryan Gravenberch.
The German football expert thinks that the 21-year-old is a ‘promising’ player and he is someone Liverpool have ‘liked for a long time’, as he posted on Twitter.
Ever since Ryan Gravenberch secured a transfer to Bayern Munich last summer, he has found life tough in an environment that saw a number of big changes, both in the dugout and in the boardroom last season.
It’s clear that, in order for the midfielder to progress in his career again, he needs to secure a move away from the club and that’s where Liverpool enter the picture.
The Reds are in need of midfield players before Friday’s cut-off point, with suggestions that Gravenberch has agreed personal terms with the Anfield club.
This is what Hatchard had to say about this possible transfer and how he rates the deal.

“Another versatile and promising midfielder,” said Hatchard. “They’ve liked him for a long time. Good signing.”
Gravenberch needs a coach like Klopp
The all-action midfielder is still very raw in his game, which is understandable because he is still young, but during these last 12 months, he has stood still.
He needs to pick his game up again and surge forward, as a coach and man-manager like Klopp will be near-on perfect for the Dutchman.
If Liverpool can get a deal over the line for Gravenberch, then it would be another step towards re-building a midfield that struggled last season.
