Rio Ferdinand has said on his YouTube channel that Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha would be a good signing for Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal.

Zaha, who has been linked with Arsenal as well as Chelsea, is out of contract at Crystal Palace at the end of the season.

No new deal is in place at the moment.

Former Manchester United defender Ferdinand believes that Zaha, 29, would be a good signing for Arsenal and would give manager Arteta a good option in attack.

Good signing for the Gunners?

In our view, Wilfried Zaha would be a good signing for Arsenal in the summer of 2023.

We know that Arsenal wanted to sign the 29-year-old when Unai Emery was in charge of the Gunners.

Zaha is better and more mature now, and at the age of 29, he is at the top of his game.

The former Manchester United winger would be able to make an immediate impact at Arsenal.

Yes, Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli are doing well on the wing for Arsenal at the moment, but if the Gunners want to compete at the top level on a regular basis, then they would need to sign established and mature players.

Like Zaha.
