PSG look set to appoint Thomas Tuchel as their next manager, which is likely to be greeted in contrasting ways at both Arsenal and Spurs.

Thomas Tuchel is set to become the new Paris Saint-Germain manager this summer, reports ESPN, replacing Unai Emery in the dugout.
Emery will see out is contract at the Parc des Princes – which expires at the end of June – and then Tuchel will be officially announced as his successor.

How will this affect Arsenal and Spurs?
This will come as a blow to Arsenal, who as the Sun reports had been considering Tuchel as a replacement for Arsene Wenger.
Speculation continues that Wenger will leave the Emirates Stadium at the end of 2017/18 after another disappointing campaign and the former Borussia Dortmund boss was top of the Gunners’ wishlist.

Tuchel’s switch to PSG is likely to be greeted with more positivity across North London at Tottenham Hotspur, however, with their own chief Mauricio Pochettino having been linked with the job.
French outlet RMC claimed that the French giants wanted Pochettino – who previously played for the club and said in 2016 managing them was “part of my dreams” – to take over from Emery.
