Everton’s Jordan Pickford on Liverpool’s Alisson
Pickford said after the match, as quoted on BBC Sport: “I made some good saves, Alisson made some good saves, but that’s our job.”
Impressive display
In our opinion, Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson was one of the best players in the Merseyside derby against Everton on Saturday afternoon.

The Brazil international goalkeeper made a number of saves and denied Neal Maupay and Dwight McNeil.
Pickford was the busier of the two goalkeepers and was arguably the best player on the pitch.
Liverpool will be disappointed by the final result, as it means that they have dropped two more points.
Manchester City could extend their lead over the Reds even further now.
As for Everton, the Toffees will be pleased with the draw and especially with their performance.
Things are looking very promising for Everton now.
As for Liverpool, they need to do better.
