Some Arsenal fans on social media have been getting very excited after seeing Thomas Partey’s goal in training ahead of their game against Liverpool.
The Ghanaian has received a lot of flak lately for his poor efforts from range, but it seems as though he’s finally found his form.
The midfielder was filmed banging in an absolute peach in training, smashing the ball into the top corner from around 25 yards.
As you can imagine, this footage has gotten a number of Gunners fans talking.
Some supporters were stunned to see Partey scoring such an effort after failing from long-range on a number of occasions this term, while other fans were sending out a warning to Liverpool ahead of Saturday’s match.
Whether or not Partey can replicate this type of strike this weekend remains to be seen, but the fact that he’s scored one of these in training will certainly help his confidence.
