Some Liverpool and Blackburn Rovers fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Harvey Elliott on Saturday.
Elliott joined Championship club Blackburn on loan from defending Premier League champions Liverpool in the summer of 2020.
The 17-year-old winger has been playing well for Rovers this season and has established himself as an important player in the team.
The teenager was in action for Blackburn in their Championship game against Norwich City at Ewood Park on Saturday afternoon.
Although the home team lost, the Liverpool-owned winger had a very good game and scored a wonderful solo goal.
According to WhoScored, Elliott took four shots, played two key passes, had a pass accuracy of 80.6%, took 67 touches, attempted six dribbles, and put in nine crosses.
So far this season, Elliott has made 12 starts and one substitute appearance in the Championship for Blackburn, scoring three goals and providing four assists in the process, according to WhoScored
