Chelsea fans have suggested that Leeds United target Fikayo Tomori simply needs to leave, after he was left out of their starting line-up again at the weekend.
Chelsea took on Morecambe yesterday in what seemed like the perfect game for Frank Lampard to offer the young central defender a chance.
However, Tomori was once again left on the bench and Chelsea fans admit that the youngster may need a move to fulfill his potential, with Leeds among the clubs linked.
Lampard actually did confirm to the London Evening Standard after the game that Tomori was being lined up for a loan move.
Leeds are said to be keen on Tomori by the BBC, with Marcelo Bielsa’s side potential on the look out for another defender.
Leeds are limited in their options at the back, although Diego Llorente’s return to fitness should help them in that regard in future weeks.
If Tomori was to sign for Leeds he could be an ideal fit for their system.
The Chelsea prospect is blessed with great pace, and he would surely be able to cope with Leeds’ high octane approach.
