Graeme Souness has told The Daily Mail that Arsenal forward Gabriel Martinelli is going to be a big player in the future, and has backed the Gunners star to create problems for Liverpool right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold.
Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal will take on Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium in North London on Sunday.
Ahead of the game, Liverpool legend Souness has raved about Arsenal and Brazil international forward Martinelli.
The Sky Sports pundit has suggested that he thinks that the 21-year-old has the potential to wreck havoc on Liverpool.

Souness said: “Gabriel Martinelli will be a big part of the threat to them at the Emirates.
“He has great feet and looks to me like he’s going to be a real player. Trent Alexander-Arnold will need help from his centre halves and midfielders.”
Playing a starring role
In our opinion, Gabriel Martinelli will play a starring role fo Arsenal against Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium in North London.
The Brazil international has been playing well this season, and it is very likely that Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta will include him in the starting lineup against the Reds.
The 21-year-old has pace, skills and can score goals.
He will a handful for Liverpool, especially for Alexander-Arnold.
