Wolves fans have praised Neto after the reported Liverpool target posted a three-word message on Twitter.
The 21-year-old’s Twitter message was bombarded by supporters who want him at their club, including those at Liverpool.
But Wolves fans have tried to shut it off and are looking forward to seeing him in action next season.
Goal did claim that Liverpool are interested in the light-footed forward, but any deal for the highly-rated talent is unlikely this summer.
Liverpool have already signed a Wolves player in Diogo Jota, and whilst he had his injury problems last season, he refreshed Jurgen Klopp’s forward line.
And if the Reds can get the ball-carrying expert on their books then their front three, which needs more competition, will be taken to the next level.
Even though Wolves stagnated last season, one thing that didn’t stop is Neto putting opposition defenders on the backfoot and on their backside.
If those at Molineux keep hold of him this summer then they will have to show some form of progression from last season, else they will end up losing one of their top talents in 2022.
Given Neto’s ability to disrupt backlines and break into pockets of spaces, it won’t be too long before he’s playing Champions League football because that’s how big his talents are.
